1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at shaneeb.com, purchasing digital products, or engaging consulting or design services from Shaneeb – The Fiscal Crafter ("Provider", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

  • Digital Products: Excel templates, financial models, and downloadable business tools
  • Business Consulting: UAE corporate tax advisory, VAT compliance, financial strategy
  • Digital Marketing: SEO, social media management, PPC, content marketing
  • Web & Graphic Design: Website development, branding, UI/UX design
  • Excel Training: One-on-one and group training sessions

3. Digital Products – Licence Terms

3.1 Grant of Licence

Upon purchase and payment confirmation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual personal licence to use the purchased Excel template or digital product for your own internal business purposes.

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template with third parties
  • Remove or alter copyright notices or branding within the template
  • Use the template to create competing products for commercial sale
  • Upload the template to any file-sharing platform or marketplace

3.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us via WhatsApp or email for a full refund. Refund requests must be accompanied by a brief description of the issue. We do not offer refunds after 7 days or if the product has been materially used to complete a project.

4. Consulting & Service Engagements

4.1 Scope of Work

All consulting, design, and marketing engagements will be governed by a separate written agreement (Scope of Work / Service Agreement) agreed before work commences. These Terms form the general framework for all engagements.

4.2 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: consulting projects require a 50% deposit before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion. Digital marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in AED and include UAE VAT where applicable (5%).

4.3 Cancellation

Projects cancelled after commencement will be charged for work completed to the cancellation date, plus a 15% cancellation fee. Monthly retainers require 30 days written notice to cancel.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on shaneeb.com — including blog articles, template designs, branding, and website code — is the intellectual property of Shaneeb – The Fiscal Crafter and is protected by UAE copyright law and international treaties.

For custom-developed projects (websites, custom templates), intellectual property transfers to the Client upon full payment of all invoices, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Excel templates and consulting advice are provided for informational and operational purposes. While we take great care to ensure accuracy — particularly regarding UAE tax law compliance — we make no warranty that templates or advice will meet every specific business requirement, or that tax law will not change after delivery.

UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations are subject to change. Always consult a licensed UAE tax advisor for formal legal and tax advice. We are not licensed tax advisors under UAE law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Shaneeb – The Fiscal Crafter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or services, including any financial penalties, tax assessments, or business losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when contacting us or purchasing products
  • Use our products and services in compliance with UAE law
  • Not use our website or services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Maintain the security of any account credentials or access links provided

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah, UAE.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or by notice on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
